| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Clariann Woolard of Joliet, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on December 22, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard was born on November 14, 1927 in | ||||||
| 6 | Raleigh; her parents were Joseph and Rella Rapp; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard was a retired teacher, | ||||||
| 8 | principal, and Will County Assistant Superintendent of Schools | ||||||
| 9 | for 12 years until her retirement in 1987; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard enjoyed spending time with her | ||||||
| 11 | family and friends; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma | ||||||
| 13 | (Rho Chapter), the Joliet Retired Teachers Association, and | ||||||
| 14 | Grace United Methodist Church; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 16 | husband, Charles; her parents; a brother, Joseph Rapp; and a | ||||||
| 17 | sister, Pauline Harbison; and
| ||||||
| 18 | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard is survived by 3 children, Ellen | ||||||
| 19 | (Don) Miller, Charles (Robbie) Woolard, and Paula (Thomas) | ||||||
