3 | learn of the death of Rosemary W. Bailey of Oak Park, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on December 9, 2014; and

5 | WHEREAS, Rosemary Bailey was born on July 19, 1923; and
| ||||||
6 | WHEREAS, Rosemary Bailey joined the League of Women Voters | ||||||
7 | in 1960 and was an active member for many years; and

8 | WHEREAS, Rosemary Bailey was the beloved wife of the late | ||||||
9 | Richard W. Bailey; the loving
mother of Rosanne, Richard F., | ||||||
10 | Barbara (Michael)
Walsh, Susan, Stephen, and Patricia (Robert)

11 | Houston; the cherished grandmother of Christopher and
