| 4 | passed away on January 8, 2023; and

| 5 | WHEREAS, Theresa Jeritski was born on November 20, 1952; | ||||||
| 6 | and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Theresa Jeritski was loved and cherished by many | ||||||
| 8 | people; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Theresa Jeritski was the mother of Sherie (Jason) | ||||||
| 10 | Fabsits, Joel (Amy) Jeritski, and Steven (Silvia) Jeritski; | ||||||
| 11 | and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Theresa Jeritski was the grandmother of Brianna | ||||||
| 13 | (Alex), Brittany, Lauren, Justin, Savannah, Samantha, Mariah, | ||||||
| 14 | Emma, Charlie, and Ashley (Aaron); and
