2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are deeply | ||||||
3 | saddened to learn of the death of Glenn B. Peterson of Kenosha, | ||||||
4 | Wisconsin, who passed away on December 20, 2012; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Glenn Peterson was born in Waukegan on April 11, | ||||||
6 | 1963, to Charlotte and Ernest Peterson; he married Sheila | ||||||
7 | Chappell on October 12, 1991, in Waukegan; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Glenn Peterson was vice-president of Ernie | ||||||
9 | Peterson Plumbing in Waukegan; he was a member of the Plumbers | ||||||
10 | Union Local #93, Lake County Contractor's Association, the | ||||||
11 | Plumbing and Heating Association of Lake & McHenry County, | ||||||
12 | various snowmobile clubs, and a former member of the | ||||||
13 | Zion-Benton Moose Lodge; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Glenn Peterson loved snowmobiling, drag racing, | ||||||
15 | cars, boating, motorcycles, and a was a big "Mopar" fan; he was | ||||||
16 | an avid outdoorsman; and
| ||||||
17 | WHEREAS, Glenn Peterson was preceded in death by his | ||||||
18 | father, Ernest Sr. and his brother, Ernest Jr.; and
| ||||||
19 | WHEREAS, Glenn Peterson is survived by his wife, Sheila; | ||||||
20 | his children, Andrew (Kate) and Brittany Peterson and Michael |

1 | Chappell; his granddaughter, Irelyn Picou; his mother, | ||||||
2 | Charlotte Peterson; his brother, Ron (Michelle) Peterson; his | ||||||
3 | sisters, Diane (Rich) Gallegos, Linda (Mark) Bentz, and Sharyn | ||||||
4 | (David) Bernhoft; and numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, | ||||||

6 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
7 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
8 | Glenn Peterson, and we extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
9 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
