| ||||||
2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
3 | to learn of the death of Wesley "Wes" Wayne Peebler of Moline, | ||||||
4 | who passed away on January 15, 2021; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Wes Peebler was born to Claude and Clara Sydnor | ||||||
6 | Peebler in Rock Island on September 24, 1941; he graduated | ||||||
7 | from Rock Island High School; he was a proud veteran who served | ||||||
8 | in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1966; he married Mary Schoonover | ||||||
9 | in Silvis in September of 1967; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Wes Peebler was employed by the State of | ||||||
11 | Illinois, first at the State Hospital and later for the | ||||||
12 | Department of Transportation from which he retired; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Wes Peebler enjoyed camping with his wife; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Wes Peebler was preceded in death by his parents | ||||||
15 | and his siblings, Marsha Staddler and Cloyde Peebler; and
| ||||||
16 | WHEREAS, Wes Peebler is survived by his wife, Mary; | ||||||
17 | therefore, be it

18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL | ||||||
19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
