Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Repeals the provisions of the Code that relate to the transportation of students to and from interscholastic or school-sponsored activities that do not require student participation and are not associated with the students' regular class-for-credit schedule. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The School Code is amended by repealing Section
29-6.3.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
