Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Power Agency Act. Provides that no later than June 30, 2017, the Illinois Power Agency shall issue a report evaluating the implementation of the electric supply procurement requirements and processes set forth in the Act through the period ending May 31, 2016. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Power Agency Act is amended by
adding Section 1-76.1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 3855/1-76.1 new)
Sec. 1-76.1. Study of procurement requirements and
processes. No later than June 30, 2017, the Agency shall issue
a report evaluating the implementation of the electric supply
procurement requirements and processes set forth in this Act
through the period ending May 31, 2016.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
