Amends the Illinois Power Agency Act. Provides that no later than June 30, 2017, the Illinois Power Agency shall issue a report evaluating the implementation of the electric supply procurement requirements and processes set forth in the Act through the period ending May 31, 2016. Effective immediately.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Power Agency Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 1-76.1 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (20 ILCS 3855/1-76.1 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 1-76.1. Study of procurement requirements and |
| 8 | | processes. No later than June 30, 2017, the Agency shall issue |
| 9 | | a report evaluating the implementation of the electric supply |
| 10 | | procurement requirements and processes set forth in this Act |
| 11 | | through the period ending May 31, 2016.

| 12 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 13 | | becoming law.
