Bill Title: Amends the Family Support Demonstration Project Act. Repeals a provision requiring the Department of Children and Family Services to monitor and evaluate a 2-year family support center demonstration project and to submit a status report to the General Assembly on February 1, 1994 and 1995, and a final report on February 1, 1996. Effective immediately.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Family Support Demonstration Project is
amended by repealing Section 7.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
