2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | ||||||
3 | represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||||
4 | Section 5. The Director of the Department of Natural | ||||||
5 | Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to | ||||||
6 | execute and deliver to the Fox Waterway Agency, a | ||||||
7 | special-purpose unit of local government organized and | ||||||
8 | existing under the laws of this State, for and in consideration | ||||||
9 | of $1 paid to the Department, a quitclaim deed to the following | ||||||
10 | described real property:
