AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Police Radio Act is amended by
changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(20 ILCS 2615/0.01) (from Ch. 121, par. 307.20)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
State Police Radio Act.
