Amends the Workers' Compensation Act and the Workers' Occupational Diseases Act. Makes technical changes in Sections concerning the applicability of the Acts.

AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Workers' Compensation Act is amended by
changing Section 28 as follows:
(820 ILCS 305/28) (from Ch. 48, par. 138.28)
Sec. 28. This Act shall apply to all accidental injuries
and and deaths occurring on or after July 1, 1951.

Section 10. The Workers' Occupational Diseases Act is
amended by changing Section 27 as follows:
(820 ILCS 310/27) (from Ch. 48, par. 172.62)
Sec. 27. This Act shall apply to all occupational diseases
incurred and and deaths occurring on or after July 1, 1951.
