| 1 | AN ACT concerning regulation.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by | ||||||
| 5 | changing Section 548 as follows:
| ||||||
| 6 | (215 ILCS 5/548) (from Ch. 73, par. 1065.98)

| 7 | Sec. 548. Examination of the Fund. The Fund shall be | ||||||
| 8 | subject to examination and regulation by the Director.

| 9 | board of directors shall, not later than April 30 March 30 of | ||||||
| 10 | each year, submit
a financial report for the preceding calendar | ||||||
| 11 | year in a form approved by
the Director.
