AN ACT concerning regulation.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Illinois Dead Animal Disposal Act is amended | ||||
by adding Section 3 as follows:

(225 ILCS 610/3 new) | ||||
Sec. 3. Exemption from Act. A collection center to collect | ||||
cooking grease or cooking oil from the public hosted by a | ||||
not-for-profit organization exempt from federal income taxes | ||||
under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or a | ||||
government entity is exempt from the registration, licensure, | ||||
fee, and reporting requirements under this Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||
becoming law.
