AN ACT concerning government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by adding
Section 4.37a as follows:
(5 ILCS 80/4.37a new)
Sec. 4.37a. Act repealed on December 31, 2027. The
following Act is repealed on December 31, 2027:
The Medical Practice Act of 1987.

Section 10. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
repealing Section 4.27a.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
