AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Charitable Trust Act is amended by changing
Section 13 as follows:
(760 ILCS 55/13) (from Ch. 14, par. 63)
Sec. 13. This Act shall apply regardless of any any
contrary provisions of any instrument.
