1 AN ACT concerning government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary,
5the Director of the Department of Natural Resources, on behalf
6of the State of Illinois and the Department of Natural
7Resources, is authorized to execute and deliver to Two Rivers
8Fisheries for and in consideration of the appraised value as
9determined by a Certified General Appraiser, paid to
10Department for deposit into the Park and Conservation Fund, a
11quitclaim deed, conveying all right, title, and interest of
12the State of Illinois and the Department of Natural Resources
13in and to the following real property, situated in the County
14of Alexander and described as follows:
15 A part of the of Section 31, Township 17 South, Range 1
16 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Alexander County,
17 State of Illinois more particularly described as follows:
18 Commencing at the intersection of the State line of
19 Illinois/Kentucky and the existing southerly right of way
20 line of US ROUTE 60 & 62, located 50.00 feet southeasterly
21 of the located centerline of US ROUTE 60 & 62 at station
22 13+38.50; thence South 41 degrees 07 minutes 43 seconds
23 West along the existing southerly right of way line a

1 distance of 843.23 feet to a point located 50.00 feet
2 southeasterly of said centerline at station 4+95.27;
3 thence South 52 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East along
4 the existing southerly right of way line a distance of
5 150.44 feet to a point located 200.00 feet southeasterly
6 of said centerline at station 5+05.33; thence South 41
7 degrees 07 minutes 43 seconds West along the existing
8 southerly right of way line a distance of 250.55 feet to a
9 point located 200.00 feet southeasterly of said centerline
10 at station 2+54.78; thence North 52 degrees 14 minutes 02
11 seconds West a distance of 167.10 to a point located 33.00
12 feet southeasterly of the centerline of US ROUTE 60 & 62 at
13 Station 2+45.00; thence South 41 degrees 11 minutes 24
14 seconds West a distance of 42.96 feet to a point located
15 33.23 feet southeasterly of the centerline of US ROUTE 60 &
16 62 at Station 2+02.03 said point being the Point of
17 Beginning of this description; thence South 48 degrees 52
18 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 179.36 feet to a
19 point located 212.60 feet southeasterly of the centerline
20 of US ROUTE 60 & 62 at Station 2+02.03; thence South 43
21 degrees 57 minutes 42 seconds West a distance of 89.88
22 feet to a point located 208.15 feet southeasterly of the
23 centerline of US ROUTE 60 & 62 at Station 1+12.26; thence
24 South 03 degrees 59 minutes 43 seconds East a distance of
25 48.23 feet to a point located 242.33 feet southeasterly of
26 the centerline of US ROUTE 60 & 62 at Station 0+78.22;

1 thence southwesterly along a non-tangential curve left,
2 having a radius of 55.55 feet, an arc distance of 71.57
3 feet, the chord of said curve bears South 25 degrees 10
4 minutes 56 seconds West, to a point located 56.48 feet
5 northeasterly of the centerline of SBI ROUTE 150 (US ROUTE
6 51) at Station 50+70; thence South 54 degrees 13 minutes
7 59 seconds West a distance of 18.48 feet to a point located
8 38.00 feet northeasterly of said centerline at Station
9 50+70.00; thence North 33 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds
10 West a distance of 197.42 feet to a point located 53.00
11 feet northeasterly of said centerline at Station 48+75.00;
12 thence North 51 degrees 37 minutes 22 seconds East a
13 distance of 32.00 feet to a point located 85.00 feet
14 northeasterly of said centerline at Station 48+75.00;
15 thence North 18 degrees 49 minutes 49 seconds West a
16 distance of 44.83 feet to a point located 100.00 feet
17 northeasterly of said centerline at Station 48+32.75;
18 thence North 41 degrees 11 minutes 24 seconds East a
19 distance of 99.77 feet to the Point of Beginning.
20 The above-described tract contains 0.73 acres (31,740 Sq.
21 Ft.) more or less. The basis of the bearings in this
22 description is the Illinois State Plane Coordinate System.
23 All distances as measured from the located centerline of
24 SBI ROUTE 150 (US ROUTE 51) and US ROUTE 60 & 62 are
25 measured normal to said centerline.

1 Section 10. The conveyance of real property authorized by
2Section 5 shall be made subject to existing public utilities,
3existing public roads, and any and all reservations,
4easements, encumbrances, covenants, and restrictions of
5record.
6 Section 15. Within 60 days after the effective date of
7this Act, the Director of Natural Resources shall obtain a
8certified copy of this Act and, upon receipt of the payment
9required by this Act, shall ensure that the certified copy of
10the portions of this Act named by this Section and the
11quitclaim deed conveying the land are provided to Two Rivers
12Fisheries, to be recorded in the Recorder's Office in the
13county in which the land is located.
14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
15becoming law.
