AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1048
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1048 on page 1,
lines 4 and 5, by deleting "by changing Section 11a-2 and"; and
on page 2, by deleting lines 21 through 25; and
on page 3, by deleting lines 1 through 4; and
on page 3, by replacing lines 15 through 18 with the following:
"was not the product of fraud, duress, or undue influence.";
and
on page 4, line 4, after "assistance.", by inserting "The
provisions of this Article are in addition to any other
principle or rule of law."; and
on page 4, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:
