| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1043

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1043 on page 10, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 1 through 7 with the following:

| 4 | "manufactured home community. If the balance of the | ||||||
| 5 | Manufactured Home Owners Relocation Trust Fund reaches or | ||||||
| 6 | exceeds $10 million, then the Illinois Department of Public | ||||||
| 7 | Health may temporarily pause the collection of the assessment; | ||||||
| 8 | however, should the balance of the Fund fall below $10 million, | ||||||
| 9 | the Department shall reinstate the assessment."; and

| 10 | on page 10, line 9, by deleting "additional".
