AN ACT concerning health.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Autism and Co-Occurring Medical Conditions | ||||
Awareness Act is amended by changing Section 35 as follows:

Sec. 35. Repeal. In order to consider the most innovative | ||||
medical study and research involving autism and co-occurring | ||||
medical conditions, this Act is repealed on January 1, 2027 5 | ||||
years after the effective date of this Act.
