AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing
Section 5-701.3 as follows:
(605 ILCS 5/5-701.3) (from Ch. 121, par. 5-701.3)
Sec. 5-701.3. Any county board with the the approval of the
Department may also use motor fuel tax money allotted to it for
the maintenance of any county highway or any State highway.
