AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Firearms Restraining Order Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(430 ILCS 67/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Firearms Restraining Order Act.
