AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Private Business and Vocational Schools Act
of 2012 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Private Business and Vocational Schools Act of 2012.
