| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Rose | ||||||
| 4 | Becker, who recently passed away; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel; | ||||||
| 6 | and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Rose Becker is survived by her daughters, Rita | ||||||
| 8 | (State Representative Sidney) Mathias and Ilene Becker; she was | ||||||
| 9 | the adored Bubby of Rabbi Elliot (Shira) and Rabbi Scott | ||||||
| 10 | (Ilana) Mathias; and she was the proud great-grandmother of | ||||||
| 11 | Binyamin, Yonason, Yehuda, Aviva, Gila, and Batya; therefore, | ||||||
| 12 | be it

| 13 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 14 | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 15 | we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of | ||||||
| 16 | Rose Becker; and be it further
| ||||||
| 17 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 18 | presented to the family of Rose Becker as a symbol of our | ||||||
| 19 | sincere sympathy.
