| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Joshua Alber of | ||||||
| 4 | Dakota High School on winning his 4th-consecutive Illinois High | ||||||
| 5 | School Association State championship in wrestling and going | ||||||
| 6 | undefeated and untied in his 4 years of competition; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Joshua Alber defeated Coal City's Casey Brown 16-5 | ||||||
| 8 | on February 22, 2014 in the Class 1A 132-pound division finals | ||||||
| 9 | to capture his most recent State championship; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Joshua Alber has compiled a career record of 182 | ||||||
| 11 | wins, 0 losses, and 0 ties; he is the only wrestler in Illinois | ||||||
| 12 | history to accomplish this feat; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Joshua Alber will wrestle for Division 1 Northern | ||||||
| 14 | Iowa this fall; therefore, be it
