| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate Malin Camerer, a seventh | ||||||
| 4 | grader at Jacksonville Middle School, on placing first in the | ||||||
| 5 | discus throw at the 2024 Illinois Elementary School | ||||||
| 6 | Association (IESA) Class 4A 7th Grade Girls State Track and | ||||||
| 7 | Field Meet; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Malin Camerer won the discus throw with a | ||||||
| 9 | distance of 92 feet and 5 inches, winning by an inch; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Malin Camerer also placed first in the shot put | ||||||
| 11 | event with a distance of 31 feet and 5.75 inches, winning | ||||||
| 12 | convincingly by a margin of 1 foot and 1.5 inches; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Malin Camerer is led by Coach Pat Kelly; | ||||||
