| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate Goley Insulation on the | ||||||
| 4 | occasion of its 50th anniversary; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Goley Insulation, a family-owned business founded | ||||||
| 6 | in 1973, is a leading contractor based in Dupo specializing in | ||||||
| 7 | commercial and residential insulation installation solutions, | ||||||
| 8 | utilizing fiberglass, cellulose, mineral wool, and spray foam | ||||||
| 9 | insulation, as well as air sealing and energy testing | ||||||
| 10 | technology, to deliver energy efficiency, cost savings, and | ||||||
| 11 | comfort to its variety of customers throughout Illinois and | ||||||
| 12 | Missouri and increasingly in communities across the United | ||||||
| 13 | States; and

| 14 | WHEREAS, Goley Insulation was established as the Southern | ||||||
| 15 | Illinois Insulation Company by Gene and Lillian Goley in the | ||||||
| 16 | basement of the family home, and they are the parents of the | ||||||
| 17 | current president, Dewayne Goley, and the grandparents of the | ||||||
| 18 | current manager, Joseph Goley; and
| ||||||
| 19 | WHEREAS, Goley Insulation operates under the core values | ||||||
| 20 | of teamwork, respect, expertise, family, professionalism, hard | ||||||
| 21 | work, candor, and fun, and it prides itself on bringing | ||||||
| 22 | timeliness, service, and expertise to everything it does, | ||||||

| 3 | WHEREAS, Goley Insulation is a proud member of the | ||||||

| 5 | Builders Association (HBA), and the U.S. Green Building | ||||||
| 6 | Council, and the company is also a founding member of the | ||||||
| 7 | National Insulation Contractors' Exchange (NICE), an | ||||||
| 8 | organization that has expanded to over 70 companies across the | ||||||
