| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Walter F. | ||||||
| 4 | "Wally" Bielecki, who passed away on February 23, 2013; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Walter Bielecki was born on February 18, 1948; he | ||||||
| 6 | grew up in the Southport neighborhood of Chicago; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Walter Bielecki served his country with pride and | ||||||
| 8 | distinction as a member of the United States Army from 1966 to | ||||||
| 9 | 1971; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Walter Bielecki enjoyed making stained glass and | ||||||
| 11 | spending time with his daughter, Stacy, and his grandson; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Walter Bielecki was the beloved son of the late | ||||||
| 13 | Frank and Rose; the loving father of Stacy Delossantos, Allie | ||||||
| 14 | Carnes, and Laura Carnes; the dear grandfather of Danny; the | ||||||
| 15 | fond brother of Patricia Wood, Charlotte Hannigan, and Frank, | ||||||
| 16 | Steve, and Deborah Mooney; and the uncle of many; therefore, be | ||||||
| 17 | it

| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 19 | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 20 | we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of | ||||||
