2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
3 | Representatives are saddened to learn of the passing of Robert | ||||||
4 | I. "Bobbie" Moore on December 20, 2018; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Bobbie Moore was born on October 1, 1987; the | ||||||
6 | youngest of three sons born to the union of Walter Sr. and | ||||||
7 | Robin Moore in Chicago; he had an unbreakable bond with his | ||||||
8 | brothers; he graduated from Morgan Park High School and | ||||||
9 | attended Tennessee State University; he enjoyed and loved all | ||||||
10 | sports; football was one of his favorites, as he played Arena | ||||||
11 | Football in Arizona; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Bobbie Moore admired his father and wanted to | ||||||
13 | become a power lineman just like him; he attended IBEW trade | ||||||
14 | school and Dawson Skills Center, where he learned the overhead | ||||||
15 | lineman skills; his passion for cooking was expressed in his | ||||||
16 | desire to operate a catering service with his brother, and he | ||||||
17 | attended Kennedy King Culinary Arts School; his second love was | ||||||
18 | his enjoyment of the outdoors; he climbed trees effortlessly; | ||||||
19 | working as a tree trimmer for Asplundh Tree Experts, he stepped | ||||||
20 | out on faith, resigned, and started his own company, Black | ||||||
21 | Walnut Tree Artisans, with his cousin Arthur Powell Jr.; and

22 | WHEREAS, Bobbie Moore was prepared to do just what he |

1 | needed to do; he lived a life of purpose and was relentless; he | ||||||
2 | was a dedicated husband to Juliette, whom he married in | ||||||
3 | September of 2016; he was a loyal friend, who took pride in | ||||||
4 | serving the community, with so many dreams; he developed | ||||||
5 | everlasting relationships with those he encountered; he was | ||||||
6 | rooted in faith, strengthened by love, and family oriented; his | ||||||
7 | warm, caring spirit will forever be remembered; he leaves | ||||||
8 | behind joyful memories and a legacy that will be cherished by | ||||||
9 | family, friends, and neighbors; therefore, be it

10 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE | ||||||
11 | HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
12 | we mourn the passing of Robert I. "Bobbie" Moore and extend our | ||||||
13 | sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew | ||||||
14 | and loved him; and be it further

16 | presented to the family of Bobbie Moore as an expression of our | ||||||
17 | deepest sympathy.
