3 | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Martia | ||||||
4 | Unique Flint of Rockford, who passed away on December 21, 2014; | ||||||
5 | and

6 | WHEREAS, Martia Flint was born in Rockford on July 13, 1990 | ||||||
7 | to Rolanda Collins and Martez Flint; she attended Auburn High | ||||||
8 | School and received her G.E.D. from Rock Valley College; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Martia Flint worked as a Certified Dental | ||||||
10 | Assistant at Dental Dreams; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Martia Flint was a member of Rockford First | ||||||
12 | church; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Martia Flint was mother to Tobias and Tyrone | ||||||
14 | Smith, III; the love of her life was Demontae Rhodes; and

15 | WHEREAS, Martia Flint is survived by her parents, Rolanda | ||||||
16 | Collins and Martez Flint; a host of brothers and sisters; her | ||||||
17 | maternal grandmother, Margrette Ferguson; her maternal | ||||||
18 | grandfather, Leonard Fricks, Jr.; her paternal grandmother, | ||||||
19 | Jessie Flint-Parham; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, | ||||||
20 | other relatives, and friends; therefore, be it
