AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Industrial Development Assistance Law is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(30 ILCS 720/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 891)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
cited as the the "Industrial Development Assistance Law."
