SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
20 ILCS 3105/9.02a from Ch. 127, par. 779.02a

Amends the Capital Development Board Act. Provides that a provision concerning the Capital Development Board's authority to charge contract administration fees is repealed on June 30, 2016 (now, June 30, 2012). Effective immediately.

1 AN ACT concerning State government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended by
5changing Section 9.02a as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 3105/9.02a) (from Ch. 127, par. 779.02a)
7 (This Section is scheduled to be repealed on June 30, 2012)
8 Sec. 9.02a. To charge contract administration fees used to
9administer and process the terms of contracts awarded by this
10State. Contract administration fees shall not exceed 3% of the
11contract amount. This Section is repealed June 30, 2016 2012.

13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14becoming law.
