Bill Title: Appropriates $3,000,000 from the State Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Fund to the Department of Public Health to be used by the Department for the establishment and operation of a hotline for complaints, reports, and allegations of conduct, including, but not limited to, fraud or misconduct, committed by laboratories in the State that process tests for COVID-19. Effective immediately.
