AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Condominium Property Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(765 ILCS 605/1) (from Ch. 30, par. 301)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may be
cited as the "Condominium Property Act."
