AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971 is
amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
(225 ILCS 440/2) (from Ch. 121, par. 502)
Sec. 2. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971".
