AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Personnel Record Review Act is amended by
changing Section 11 as follows:
(820 ILCS 40/11) (from Ch. 48, par. 2011)
Sec. 11. This Act shall not be construed to diminish a
right of access to records already otherwise provided by law,
except that disclosure of performance evaluations under this
Act is prohibited.
