AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by
changing Section 3200 as follows:
(820 ILCS 405/3200) (from Ch. 48, par. 820)
Sec. 3200. Title of act. This Act may be cited as the the
Unemployment Insurance Act. Whenever the term "unemployment
compensation" appears in this Act it shall mean "unemployment
insurance".
