Bill Title: Amends the Life Care Facilities Act. Provides that, when a resident vacates a facility, any entrance fee paid under the life care contract that is refundable shall be refunded when the vacated living unit is released or resold by the facility or within 150 days after the resident has vacated the facility, whichever comes first.
