AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(50 ILCS 840/1) (was 50 ILCS 835/1)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2024)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Small
Wireless Facilities Deployment Act.
