AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by
adding Section 233.3 as follows:
(820 ILCS 405/233.3 new)
Sec. 233.3. Community theatre. The term "employment" shall
not include services performed by part time seasonal employees
of a Community Theatre Company who are not represented by a
collective bargaining unit and work less than 25 hours a week.
