1 AN ACT concerning insurance.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Illinois Medicare Supplement Insurance Act.
6 Section 5. Purpose. It is the policy of the State of
7 Illinois that all firms licensed to offer health insurance in
8 Illinois offer Medicare Supplement Insurance to persons who are
9 under age 65 and eligible for Medicare by reason of disability
10 or end-stage renal disease.
