| AN ACT concerning insurance.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |
| 5 |
| Illinois Medicare Supplement Insurance Act.
|
| 6 |
| Section 5. Purpose. It is the policy of the State of |
| 7 |
| Illinois that all firms licensed to offer health insurance in |
| 8 |
| Illinois offer Medicare Supplement Insurance to persons who are |
| 9 |
| under age 65 and eligible for Medicare by reason of disability |
| 10 |
| or end-stage renal disease.
