Bill Title: Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Provides that, no later than one year after the effective date of the amendatory Act, landowners owning more than 5% of land in a municipality within the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District shall be in conformance with the requirements of the District's Watershed Management Ordinance. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act
is amended by adding Section 7i as follows:
(70 ILCS 2605/7i new)
Sec. 7i. Watershed management conformance. No later than
one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the
103rd General Assembly, landowners owning more than 5% of land
in a municipality within the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
District shall be in conformance with the requirements of the
District's Watershed Management Ordinance.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
