Bill Title: Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that a guardian of a disabled person appointed under the Guardians for Disabled Adults Article of the Probate Act of 1975 or a parent or guardian of a minor may request that a consumer reporting agency place a security freeze on the credit report of the disabled person or minor by sending a request to the consumer reporting agency.

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3380, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
1 as follows:
on page 2, line 18, after "guardian" by inserting "of the
disabled person that is the subject of the request,"; and
on page 2, line 20, after "agent" by inserting "of the disabled
person that is the subject of the request,"; and
on page 2, line 24, after "guardian" by inserting "of the minor
that is the subject of the request,"; and
on page 2, line 26, after "parent" by inserting "of the minor
that is the subject of the request"; and
on page 5, line 26, by replacing "behalf of a minor or disabled
