Bill Title: Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Exempts the names, addresses, and other personal information of participants and registrants in the programs of park districts, forest preserve districts, conservation districts, recreation agencies, and special recreation associations from the inspection and copying requirements of the Act. Effective immediately.

AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3343
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3343 on page 11,
line 12, immediately after "information of", by inserting
"persons who are minors and are also"; and
on page 11, immediately below line 15, by inserting the
following:
"(ee) The names, addresses, or other personal
information of participants and registrants in programs of
park districts, forest preserve districts, conservation
districts, recreation agencies, and special recreation
associations where such programs are targeted primarily to
minors.".
