AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Residential Real Property Disclosure Act is
amended by adding Section 37 as follows:
(765 ILCS 77/37 new)
Sec. 37. Additional disclosure report for large
municipalities. A municipality with a population of 1,000,000
or more shall also include in the residential real property
disclosure report under Section 35 the following:
