Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 concerning child pornography. Provides that the possession of each individual film, videotape, photograph, or other similar visual reproduction or depiction by computer in violation of the child pornography statute constitutes a single and separate violation.

AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2647
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2647 on page 5, line
6, by inserting after "violation." the following:
"This subsection (a-5) does not apply to multiple copies of the
same film, videotape, photograph, or other similar visual
reproduction or depiction by computer that are identical to
each other.".
