1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Nurse Agency Licensing Act is amended by
5changing Section 2 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 510/2) (from Ch. 111, par. 952)
7 Sec. 2. The The General Assembly intends to protect the
8public's right to high quality health care by assuring that
9nurse agencies employ, assign and refer licensed and certified
10personnel to health care facilities.
