AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Comptroller Act is amended by changing
Section 1 as follows:
(15 ILCS 405/1) (from Ch. 15, par. 201)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may be
cited as the "State Comptroller Act".
