1 AN ACT concerning local government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act
5 is amended by adding Section 305 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 2605/305 new)
7 Sec. 305. District enlarged. Upon the effective date of
8 this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly, the corporate
9 limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are
10 extended to include within those limits the following described
11 tracts of land, and the tracts are annexed to the District:
12 All of Blocks 1, 2, and 3; Lots 1 and 2 in Block 4; Lots
13 1, 2, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27 in Block 5; all
14 in Arthur T. McIntosh & Co's Crawford Countryside Unit #1,
15 a subdivision in the northeast 1/4 of Sec. 15-35-13,
16 recorded November 29, 1950 as Document Number 14962630, in
17 Cook County, Illinois; and
18 Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 in
19 Block 7; all of Blocks 8, 9, 10, and 11; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
20 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 16 in Block 12; Lots 2,
21 3, 4, 6, and the northern half of Lot 5 in Block 13; Lots 1,
22 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in Block 14; all in Arthur T.
23 McIntosh & Co's Crawford Countryside Unit #2, a subdivision

1 of the southeast 1/4 of Sec. 15-35-13, recorded January 23,
2 1952 as Document 15259571, in Cook County, Illinois, and
3 all included and adjacent streets.
4 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
5 becoming law.
